STRATEGIC PLANNING.jpg

When we’re clear where we’re heading and why, and how we’ll get there, we’re much better placed to:

  • Make good decisions

  • Focus on the stuff that matters

  • Align to and deliver our purpose

  • Improve

The strategic planning process includes:

  • Building a shared understanding of direction and tactics

  • Reflection on currently what’s working well and what isn’t

  • What success looks like

  • Purpose & values

  • Strategic objectives

  • An action plan including measures & investment

so that you can start straight away.

Let’s talk about where your organisation is heading.

We learnt a lot about what our organisation was and could be. This will inform how we continue to meet the needs of the people who participate in our activities.
— Simon Gray, The White Room Creative space
Great communications and a safe environment to discuss issues.
— Renew Brighton
The PCCCT has developed a very coherent and focused Strategic Plan for the next 3 years. The process allowed the Trust to gain a very clear vision of our work, what we want to achieve and how, including the internal structure, the mission and the priorities.
After many years working in the sector, the risk was to continue offer the same services without seriously investigating our purposes.
The process for the new Strategic Plan has helped the Trust to re-focus our priorities, confirming some of our aims and changing others in order to reflect better the changed needs of our communities.
— Viviana Zanetti, Manager, Phillipstown Community Centre Charitable Trust

Krista is a fantastic facilitator, very adept at designing processes to bring profound change for her clients. The process of working together was very supportive in nature, I knew what I had to prepare, by when, and so did the rest of our team. This enabled us to get a lot out of our planning session together, making the most of our time, and covering a huge amount of ground. I’d love to work with Krista again and would highly recommend her to others.
— Sarah McFadden, Yoga Manager, Uprising
Krista’s support and encouragement along with giving us a framework to work with and keeping us on task empowered us to achieve what had initially felt impossible.
I was genuinely so grateful, I can’t really imagine what else Krista could have done for us. Her enthusiasm, integrity, generosity and ability to understand our vision was just incredible
— Julia Harvie, Artistic Director, Movement Art Practice
Krista helped us get over some very large obstacles which had been a problem for a while. We are now able to move forward with clarity and confidence.
